Details

CIERRA™ - Flame Retardant is a non-halogen flame retardant additive which can be used in much lower dosage comparing to existing inorganic frame retardant additives, but with similar efficiency.

  • - Increase thermal stability of Congo Red at 180°C from 255 min to 438 min
  • - Improve processability with minimum die build-up issue
  • - Longer ignition time
  • - Lower dosage than existing inorganic FR: 4X lower
  • - Excellent in smoke suppression: 2X less smoke released
  • - Better char formation
